In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of innovative product solutions, driving customer satisfaction and business growth through seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will effectively communicate product strategies, progress, and ROI analysis to senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and securing necessary support for initiatives.

A successful Product Manager will:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product requirements, translating customer needs into actionable plans for the development team.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators to evaluate product suc cess and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Take ownership of the entire product life-cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote an exceptional user experience, collaborating with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and priorities to internal teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Embrace agile methodologies, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, adapting quickly to changing requirements and market dynamics.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the development team, collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product enhancements and updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, supporting successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze the return on investment (ROI) of product initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

A successful Product Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
  • Fluent Spanish & English+ (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
  • 3-5+ years in a product management or product-related role, 1+ year in an Agile development environment.
  • Experience leading product initiatives in agile, fast-paced environment where rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making are the norm.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive execution against project milestones and deliverables.
  • Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to col laborate cross-functionally and coordinate high-level requirements to development teams through product owners and delivery managers.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decision-making, and ability to manage conflicting product priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
