Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. End-to-end project execution: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of key projects by taking ownership of specific workstreams and ensuring their successful execution from planning through to completion Data analysis & insights: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets using SQL and other analysis tools to generate key findings and develop materials that support data-driven recommendations The Team Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. Qualifications Required 3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks Advanced English level Experience in client management, analytics, and/or project management Preferred Experience with SQL or other analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for strategic reporting and recommendations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Excel), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Understanding of marketing principles, the marketing funnel, event marketing, and audience acquisition preferred Our people and culture Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute to their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
