Importante Healthtech se encuentra buscando un Head of Operations para liderar el área.

Este rol clave en la organización, tendrá la responsabilidad de gestionar las operaciones, iniciativas de expansión, lanzamiento de nuevos servicios, operaciones virtuales y supervisar al equipo operativo (Customer care, Coordinación de clínicas y Expansión) para garantizar la excelencia en la entrega de servicios.
Será responsable de analizar la performance de las clínicas, los canales de comunicación con los pacientes y los flujos de trabajo operativos, ejecutando estrategias para la optimización y estandarización en todas las instalaciones, buscando el crecimiento en ingresos en las mismas.

Responsabilidades clave:
● Realizar análisis exhaustivos de los procesos operativos actuales para identificar ineficiencias y áreas para la automatización, optimizando los procesos para una mayor eficiencia.
● Fomentar colaboraciones estratégicas con jefes de departamento y equipos operativos para entender los desafíos únicos del flujo de trabajo y alinear las estrategias de automatización con los objetivos departamentales y comerciales generales.
● Diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización de vanguardia, asegurando su escalabilidad para satisfacer las necesidades operativas futuras.
● Supervisar y evaluar el impacto de las iniciativas de automatización, impulsando la mejora continua de procesos.
● Gestionar la gobernanza de reglas de negocio dentro de la base de datos operativa, garantizando la integridad de los datos y la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
● Promover la sinergia interfuncional con equipos de IT y gestión de datos para garantizar la implementación de reglas del negocio y estrategias operativas.
● Liderar los esfuerzos de gestión del cambio, supervisando el ciclo de vida de los mismos en las reglas del negocio desde la conceptualización hasta la implementación, garantizando una integración fluida y mínima interrupción.

● Experiencia en Operaciones, preferentemente dentro del sector salud. ● Profesionales graduados en Ingeniería, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, o afines. ● Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiencia en análisis operativo, análisis de cohorte y optimización de procesos. ● Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización y tecnología para mejorar la eficiencia operativa. ● Capacidad para analizar conjuntos de datos complejos para informar la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de estrategias de automatización. ● Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, siendo capaz de gestionar equipos diversos y llevarlos hacia un objetivo común.

Nivel mínimo de educación: Universitario (Graduado)
