We are searching for an exceptional, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Zwork growth strategy in Mexico. You are a true commercial hunter, deeply entrenched in the Mexican market, with a proven track record of selling complex, high-value outsourcing services . you are a strategic thinker capable of structuring multi-year, complex projects involving logistics, technology, and operational services for major clients. You thrive on autonomy and are motivated by the challenge of significantly expanding our footprint in the E-commerce Fulfillment (CEDIS/Distribution Centers) sector .

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and successful client hand-off. Pioneer the Market: Design and execute a high-impact sales strategy specifically targeting key players in the Mexican E-commerce sector requiring outsourced fulfillment and logistics (CEDIS) services.
Drive Large-Scale Deals: Identify, qualify, and close complex outsourcing deals, navigating long sales cycles and engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Structure Complex Solutions: Lead the technical and commercial structuring of bespoke outsourcing projects, working closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to craft profitable and sustainable solutions.
Leverage and expand a sophisticated network of contacts (see Requirements) to cultivate relationships that translate into sustainable long-term revenue streams.
Serve as the company’s thought leader in Mexico for E-commerce logistics outsourcing, providing crucial market intelligence to the Executive team.
Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas by driving new business acquisition.

Experience in Outsourcing: 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, specifically selling outsourcing services (Logistics, BPO, IT, or similar complex services).
Mandatory deep-rooted understanding and prior sales success within the E-commerce, Retail, and Logistics/Fulfillment (CEDIS) industries in Mexico.
Complex Project Structuring: Demonstrated ability to successfully structure, price, and negotiate large, multi-faceted projects that involve service level agreements (SLAs), operational risk, and legal documentation.
Professional Network: Established and sophisticated network of senior-level contacts and decision-makers within target companies in the Mexican market, with a proven history of converting professional relationships into high-value commercial partnerships.
Basic English communication level.
