The primary job function of the Fastener engineer will support production press assembly processes by providing knowledge on industry best practices, and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
This position will also be responsible for the start-up and debug of electric automated press machines. The responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the management of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance
- Standardization of SMP, SOP, Machine Ledger, and AM calendars documents
- Inventory management to ensure spare parts availability
- Maintain and audit compliance with maintenance activities
- Welding matrix management to ensure correct updates and eliminate process variations
