Zo ziet de functie eruit:Als program & product manager bij Carglass ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken en managen van zowel b2b- als b2c-proposities voor onze producten en services. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met diverse afdelingen en stakeholders. Verder beheer je de product service roadmap. En bewaak je de voortgang van projecten via het product launch proces. Daarnaast maak je voorstellen en geef je richting aan de aanpak, bijvoorbeeld op product- en prijsgebied.
Communicatie is essentieel: schakelen met de verschillende afdelingen en zorgen voor een algehele end-to-end communicatie. Inclusief een plan van aanpak voor het testen en opvolgen hiervan. Ook zorg je ervoor dat het projectteam regelmatig bij elkaar komt en dat zaken opgevolgd worden. En je bezoekt onze locaties, key accounts en presenteert ontwikkelingen bij onze businesspartners. Maar daar stopt deze rol niet. Jij bent onze woordvoerder naar buiten. Hoe? Door bijvoorbeeld webinars op te nemen, interviews te geven en te spreken tijdens een beurs of conferentie. Maar je geeft en organiseert ook propositieworkshops. Tot slot spar je regelmatig met het moederbedrijf Belron.
- Deze rol is een belangrijke strategische functie binnen Carglass, waarbij je ook met de voeten in de klei staat. Je stuurt integraal het programma voor de organisatie aan en er zitten grote innovaties in deze functie.
- Jouw functie is heel breed en je komt alle spectra tegen. Van technologie en IT tot service-proposities. Maar bijvoorbeeld ook van complex tot simpel.
- Je gaat rechtstreeks in dienst bij Carglass en krijgt meteen een vast contract.
- Het gaat om een functie van 40 uur per week.
- Elke maand krijg je een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris van minimaal € 5.315,75 en maximaal € 7.525,73 volgens ons eigen cao, ingedeeld in schaal K (o.b.v. fulltime en jouw kennis en ervaring).
- Aangevuld met een goede pensioenregeling en je komt in aanmerking voor een individuele bonusregeling van 15%.
- Jaarlijks geniet je van 24 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. fulltime). Van 1 januari tot en met 31 december ontvang je maandelijks een atv-toeslag van 5% op het brutosalaris. Dit staat gelijk aan 13 atv-dagen. En elk jaar beslis je of je het komende kalenderjaar deze toeslag wil behouden óf deze liever inruilt voor 13 atv-dagen.
- Je kunt gebruikmaken van een duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget van € 1.500, -.
- Het hoofdkantoor van Carglass bevindt zich in Son. Omdat je regelmatig onderweg bent zorgen wij voor een bedrijfsauto.
- Uiteraard ontvang je ook een reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 netto per kilometer voor het woon-werkverkeer met een maximum van € 194, – per maand.
- Een laptop en telefoon krijg je van ons.
- Bij Carglass vinden we het belangrijk dat jij het beste uit jezelf haalt. Daarom krijg je alle ruimte om je continu te ontwikkelen.
- Tot slot is er naast werk tijd voor plezier zoals teamuitjes, het Carglass Event en de jaarlijkse Spirit of Belron Challenge, waar we ons samen inzetten voor Afrika Tikkun.
- Minimaal hbo of wo werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal zeven tot tien jaar relevante werkervaring op het gebied van product- en/of programma management én het aansturen van een bedrijf.
- Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je vindt het leuk om naar buiten te treden en als inhoudelijk expert de markt mee te nemen in de ontwikkelingen die er spelen. Hiervoor ben je sterk in je communicatie.
- Je denkt buiten de gebaande paden en bent innovatief, proactief en verantwoordelijk in je werk.
- Binnen de warme cultuur van Carglass weet je verbinding te leggen, te luisteren en richting te geven. Professioneel leiderschap in zowel strategie als uitvoering is jouw kracht en je schrikt niet terug voor de acties die nodig zijn.
