Consolidated revenues as of 12 months ending September 2024 totaled $13.7 billion.Celonis Senior Tech Lead - CELONISPrimary Skill Celonis Process Mining Experience 10+ years Duration of project 12 monthsJob Requirements - Lead the design, build, and optimization of Celonis data models, ensuring scalable and high‐performance ETL and SQL architectures - Own end‐to‐end translation of client business requirements into KPIs, analyses, and enterprise‐grade Celonis dashboards - Apply and guide teams on advanced OCPM concepts to model complex, multi‐object business processes - Architect and develop advanced Celonis front‐end components, reusable analyses, and standardized dashboard frameworks - Drive adoption of advanced Celonis capabilities (e.g., Process Simulation, Action Flows, Celonis Copilot, ML use cases) to enable actionable insights and automation - Provide subject‐matter leadership on P2P and O2C processes, including integrations with major ERP and backend systems (SAP, Oracle, and others) - Act as a senior client-facing lead, running workshops, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and guiding value realization - Mentor, review, and lead junior engineers and analysts, setting technical standards and best practices across engagementsQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in process mining, data engineering, analytics, or related enterprise data roles - Celonis Certified, with deep, hands-on expertise across data modeling, analysis, dashboarding, and advanced capabilities - Proven leadership in 8+ Celonis engagements or PoCs, including complex implementations and transformation programs - Demonstrated experience in client leadership, technical team guidance, and solution ownership in enterprise environmentsWe offer a competitive package that includes Life insurance Major Medical Expenses Insurance Minor Medical Expense Insurance Savings Fund 13% (up to MXN $4,293 monthly) Food vouchers 10% (up to MXN $4,400 monthly) 30 days as Christmas Bonus 12 days of vacation in the first year, increasing 2 days as dictated by law.
