Service Desk / IT Support – Español
HCL está en búsqueda de un/a Service Desk / IT Support para unirse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será el primer punto de contacto para los usuarios que requieran soporte técnico, brindando atención eficiente y asegurando una experiencia positiva mediante la resolución o correcta escalación de incidencias de TI.
Perfil requerido (Qualifications)
Se valorará contar con grado medio o formación profesional en áreas relacionadas con TI (Soporte Informático, Sistemas, Informática, etc.).
Se valorará contar con certificaciones como CompTIA A+ o certificaciones equivalentes de soporte técnico de nivel básico.
Experiencia previa en roles de atención al cliente o soporte técnico será altamente valorada.
Conocimientos técnicos sólidos y capacidad para analizar rápidamente situaciones , resolver incidencias o escalarlas adecuadamente.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo supervisión, registrando y dando seguimiento a incidentes y datos de confiabilidad del servicio .
Conocimiento o familiaridad con mejores prácticas ITIL será considerado un plus.
Conocimientos de hardware y software (sistemas operativos, aplicaciones de uso común) y conceptos básicos de redes .
Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de tickets y herramientas de base de conocimientos .
Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de seguridad informática y seguridad en línea.
Habilidades generales de cómputo, incluyendo navegación en internet y uso de correo electrónico .
Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Actuar como primer punto de contacto para los usuarios que requieren soporte técnico.
Atender solicitudes de soporte de TI a través de teléfono, correo electrónico u otros canales definidos.
Registrar, revisar, categorizar y priorizar todas las solicitudes de soporte en el sistema de tickets, siguiendo criterios de escalamiento.
Realizar tareas básicas de troubleshooting y resolución de problemas comunes relacionados con hardware, software y red, de acuerdo con procedimientos documentados y artículos de la base de conocimientos.
Brindar soporte a usuarios en tareas como:
Uso de aplicaciones y herramientas básicas
Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (extensible a cónyuge e hijos menores de 25 años, según aplique)

~ 12 días de vacaciones el primer año, con incremento anual conforme a la ley
