Date of Activity - 03rd Feb Time at 07.00 AM Tools Required : ladder, label printer, drilling machine and screws, console cable, spare CAT6A patch cords, laptop, charger, cage nuts, mobile with internet connection, cable ties (velcro) and any other equipment required to carry out the activity. Scope Of Work: Hands and feet support for following activities: a. Rack and stack of new switches/ unmounting old switches. b. Patch panel management, Cable tidy-up, ensuring proper cabling structure & labelling. c.

Mounting of new access points & unmounting old access points. d. Support to Network SME for remote device configuration by enabling connectivity via Console Cable. e. Support during user testing. Rack & Stack – Mounting AP's and Unmounting Old AP's Replace all old APs with new APs.

Migrate all cables from the old switch to the new switch. Mount the new switch in the rack without disturbing the existing devices. Once the new switch is fully configured, label all new switches and APs. Connect 2–3 new APs to the new switch for configuration and testing.

Test the newly configured APs by connecting devices to the new Wi-Fi network to confirm functionality. Perform final failover testing to ensure stability. Unmount and decommission the old switches & AP's. Place them in the new AP boxes.

Need to perform complete decommission activity Conduct a Wi-Fi site survey to validate coverage and performance of the new APs.
