Responsibilities:
Main technical point of contact with customers. Lead project strategy, implementation, and risk prevention efforts Lead project meeting status with team members (internally / externally). Tracks and provides project status (internally / externally). Creates project timelines, keeps them updated and ensures all people involved in the project Comply with the deadlines and key dates, within scope and budget. Supports the production team coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed Manage resources and develop action plans for project members Lead technical activities during project definition and production initiation Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of APQP, PPAP. PFMEA, and production processes. Knowledge of Gauges / poka yokes , fixtures and production processes. Knowledge of Office tools (Excel , Powerpoint,etc) Experience working in a global environment with diverse and remote teams using Project Management tools Personal Attributes: Leadership/ Teamwork: Includes leading, encouraging, and supporting the ideas and effort of others. Finding ways to help the team or group perform effectively. Initiative/ Results Driven: Includes setting high standards of performance for self and others. Judgment/ Decision Making: Includes making decisions and taking actions that have beneficial impact. Communication/ Resource Management: Includes setting clear objectives and communicating effectively to guide action for self or others to accomplish goals. Adaptation/Flexibility: Includes keeping an open mind regarding new ideas and ways of doing things. Willing to consider alternative interpretations or ways of looking at the situation.
