Job Description

Responsible for handling SAP Transformation project as project manager.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
  • Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
  • Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in IT industry
  • Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities
  • Good in manage aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans
  • Identify, analyze and recommend project situations to management
  • Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
  • Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
  • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
  • Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables
  • Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
  • Good Experience in FICO functional consulting in S/4 HANA 2020 - SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR & AA and CEA, CC, IO, PC, Product Costing, Period End Closing, ML), (FIORI).
  • Good Exposure and knowledge on configuring FI module like New GL Functionality, EnterpriseStructure, Defining Posting Keys, Chart ofDepreciation, Define Currencies, Document Types (clientlevel), Master data Configuration like Bank Data, BProles in SAP.
  • Should have worked in at least two end-to-end Implementation project starting from build and deploy of pilot templates, rollout of templates across regions and support experience.
  • Experience in at least one S/4 HANA project is preferred.
  • Good business process knowledge and consulting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Structure approach to collaborate with team and stakeholders using JIRA and SolMan applications.
  • Personality: willingness to learn, entrepreneurial mindset, creative, pro-active, independent, strong analytical skills, passionate, flexible, innovative, assertive, convincing, team player, reliable, willing to go the extra-mile when needed.
