SMT Equipment Engineer We are looking for an SMT Equipment Support & Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our SMT production lines. This role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently. Preventive and corrective maintenance on SMT equipment (pick‑and‑place, reflow ovens, SPI/AOI, screen printers). Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues to minimize downtime. Support production teams during setups, changeovers, and daily operations. Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement actions. Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, or related field. Strong troubleshooting skills in automation, sensors, motors, and PLC basics. Ability to read technical diagrams and follow maintenance standards.
