English resume only The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records. Responsibilities - Identify purchasing needs for indirect categories (general services, IT, marketing, logistics, maintenance, office supplies, etc.). Conduct market analysis and source potential suppliers. Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with vendors. Oversee the full procurement cycle: request, quotation, evaluation, award, and follow-up. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards. Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements and guarantee stakeholder satisfaction. Monitor supplier performance and propose improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency in indirect spend. Prepare management reports and KPIs related to indirect procurement. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. +2–3 years of experience in indirect procurement Strong knowledge of negotiation, contracts, and cost analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools. Intermediate to advanced English (required in multinational environments). Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
