Airswift is seeking experienced Supply Chain professionals across Latin America who are open to relocating to Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have approximately 20 years of career experience in supply chain or related areas, with a strong background working for Oil & Gas operator companies. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. This is a permanent position with a leading drilling services company(O&G). The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for coordinating, organizing and supervising all specialized activities related to the identification, acquisition, handling and distribution of essential equipment, technical materials and services needed to ensure continuity, safety and operational efficiency in drilling and production. Ensuring the availability, functionality and certification of essential equipment, including top drives, mud pumps, BOP systems, offshore electrical equipment, power generation systems, artificial lift equipment (electrosubmersible pumps, pneumatic pumping), water treatment and injection systems, marine pipelines and essential drilling structures. - Effective management of specialized inventory, including drill pipes, casing, specialty chemicals (corrosion, demulsifiers, hydrate inhibitors), cement and cathodic protection systems. Coordination of specialized offshore logistics, ensuring just-in-time deliveries to remote offshore installations. Providing expert support to key areas, including offshore infrastructure, marine pipelines (J-lay, S-lay, reel-lay), critical electrical systems, high-pressure water injection systems, structural maintenance of offshore platforms, advanced power generation systems, artificial lift and production process optimization. Coordinate closely with offshore mechanical integrity specialists to ensure compliance in advanced inspections and predictive maintenance programs (RBI, phased array ultrasound, digital radiography). Evaluate and select technical suppliers based on specialized offshore capacity, technical quality, operational compliance, financial capacity and compliance with API, ISO, ASME, NOM and environmental safety standards. Establish regular supplier performance evaluation programs using clear technical indicators, including product quality, delivery time, technical capacity and resolution of operational problems. Negotiate specialized contracts that include specific terms for the offshore sector, such as technical guarantees, necessary certifications, critical delivery times, advanced subsea inspection services (ROVs, intelligent pigging) and specialized predictive maintenance programs. Ensure that all technical personnel comply with the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy, Confidentiality Agreements and project-specific technical regulations. University degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical careers. Proven technical experience in offshore operations related to oil and gas production sharing. Experience in managing complex offshore projects, with an emphasis on critical infrastructure, specialized maintenance and technical support for production and drilling operations. Proven technical experience in managing oil and gas production systems. Excellent technical communication skills in English and Spanish.
