Requisitos de trabajo
  • Proporcionar liderazgo y gestión a los equipos de ingeniería de software responsables de desarrollar y probar aplicaciones de software comerciales para plataformas Linux y Windows.
  • Participa activamente en la contratación, capacitación y tutoría de uno o más equipos de ingeniería de software que constan de 5 o más miembros cada uno.
  • Servir como Scrum Master para uno o más equipos de scrum y coordinar ceremonias y actividades relacionadas con scrum.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros equipos scrum en EE. UU. e India para coordinar las actividades del proyecto.
  • Elimine impedimentos y plantee problemas a la alta dirección según sea necesario para que los proyectos sigan avanzando.
  • Proporcionar periódicamente actualizaciones del estado de todos los proyectos activos a la alta dirección.
  • Realizar análisis de riesgos y mitigación de riesgos para todos los proyectos activos.
  • Participar en revisiones críticas de diseño y arquitectura.
  • Ayude a hacer crecer el equipo de desarrollo a través de capacitación, establecimiento de objetivos, evaluación del desempeño y desarrollo profesional.
  • Participar activamente en la entrevista, contratación e incorporación de nuevos talentos de ingeniería al equipo.
Experiencia
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando equipos de desarrollo de software.
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con liderazgo técnico creciente.
  • Experiencia previa como Scrum Master trabajando en un entorno de desarrollo Agile.
  • Comprensión sólida del proceso Scrum con capacidad para capacitar a los miembros del equipo sobre las mejores prácticas de scrum.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de Dev Ops y Source Control.
  • Fuerte comprensión del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones Cliente/Servidor para plataformas Windows y/o Linux.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, colaboración, presentación y liderazgo técnico.
  • La experiencia en la industria del petróleo y el gas es una gran ventaja.
  • La experiencia con marcos de automatización de pruebas de software y canalizaciones de CI/CD es una ventaja.
