3011 - HVAC Interior IP Design Engineer

Key responsabilities: Define component and system engineering requirements. Create and develop engineering designs and concepts. Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies. Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases. Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities. Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues. Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers. Manage engineering changes and documentation. Proven background in concept-to-production vehicle development and problem-solving Requirements
- 5y+ years of automotive/commerical vehicle engineering experience within HVAC and Interior Instrument Panel
- Experience in systems and Cross-Car Beam (CCB) architectures
- 3y+ CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Expereince or V5)
- GD&T and tolerance analysis
- DFMA & Serviceability principles
