This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in León, GUA. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assisting with audits. The Senior Accountant will also liaise with external partners, provide financial insights to support decision-making, and lead and mentor junior accounting staff.
Financial Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting skills
Budget Management and Financial Analysis skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Regulatory Compliance
Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP Systems
Ability to lead and mentor junior accounting staff
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
