Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy. Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records. Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules) Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
