What You'll Do (Role Responsibilities): As a Sales Account Manager, you will: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Negotiate rates and stay informed on market trends Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions Work closely with internal teams to meet—and exceed—company targets Soft Skills That Make You Shine: We're seeking individuals who are: Adaptable & resourceful Strong communicators & persuasive negotiators Critical thinkers & problem-solvers Organized, persistent, and driven by results Compensation & Benefits: Starting base salary: USD $2,000/month 8% commission on gross margin Transition to 100% commission once KPI targets are achieved—unlocking uncapped earning potential Full-time, Monday–Friday daytime schedule Group benefits plan, PTO, and more Casual dress code, team-building events, ongoing training, and travel opportunities On-site wellness programs and access to company facilities What We're Looking For: Confidence in cold calling and a consistent track record of meeting KPIs Entrepreneurial mindset with strong English communication skills Full-time, in-office availability (remote options after the first year) Ready to Level Up Your Sales Career?
