El proyecto MP68 tiene como alcance el mantenimiento de 85 trenes, necesidad atendida en 3 talleres principales, ubicados en la Ciudad de Mexico (Ticoman, Rosario) y el Estado de México (Cd. Azteca).

Soportar al Equipo del Proyecto impulsando la satisfacción del Cliente a través del aseguramiento de la Calidad y Seguridad Ferroviaria, coordinando todas las actividades de Calidad y Seguridad durante la etapa de mantenimiento hasta el cierre del contrato.

Calidad hacia el Cliente:

  • Ser la voz del Cliente dentro de la Organización del proyecto.
  • Actuar como interface con los equipos de Calidad y Seguridad Ferroviaria del Cliente.

Calidad del Proyecto:

  • Establecer el Plan de Calidad del Proyecto y asegurar su aplicación apropiada durante la ejecución del contrato de acuerdo a los requerimientos del contrato y con los procesos Alstom.
  • Contribuir con técnicas estructuradas para la evaluación de la criticidad de las soluciones y servicios de Alstom (sistemas y subsistemas) para asegurar el nivel correcto de aseguramiento de Calidad y Seguridad así como las actividades de inspección para elementos identificados como criticos para la Calidad.
  • Ser la interfaz en el proyecto para todas las necesidades de Calidad (Calidad de Gestión, Calidad Industrial, Calidad de Proveedores).
  • Guiar al equipo en el entendimiento de su contribución a la calidad del proyecto.
  • Gestionar, coodinar y sincronizar a todos los miembros de la comunidad de Calidad que soportan la ejecución del proyecto (sistemas, subsistemas, unidades participantes)
  • Proveer conciencia en las actividades de Calidad planeadas en el proyecto y organizar entrenamientos de relacionados a la Calidad, si se requiere .
  • Soportar al proyecto y a la Gerencia de Calidad en auditorias, tanto al proceso como al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, así como tambien a proveedores o las solicitadas por el Cliente, cuando esto se requiera.

Controles en la ejecución del proyecto:

  • Soportar a los equipos del Proyecto y Project Manager para prepar las Gate Reviews y dar seguimiento a los planes de acción
  • Reportar alertas de Calidad y Seguridad Ferroviaria, así como tambien gestionar No Conformidades y eventos de Seguridad Ferroviaria
  • Asegurar la calidad de las modificaciones hechas durante el Proyecto y analizar sus implicaciones financieras (Costos de No Calidad).
  • Asegurar que las evaluaciones de seguridad son correctamente implementadas (por ejemplo, safety reviews) y asegurar la preparación de la autorización de seguridad
  • Controlar el cumplimiento de los entregables del proyecto a través de la inspección y auditorias, para autorizar la presentación / entrega al Cliente.
  • Asegurar el proceso REX dentro del Proyecto.
  • Asegurar la correcta sincronización de esfuerzos con el equipo de Calidad de Proveedores para la ejecución de actividades relacionadas con el desarrollo de materiales, cuando se requieran.
  • Asegurar que los expedientes de cada se tren se preparan, actualizan y se entregan al Cliente.

Medir y mejorar el desempeño de calidad del proyecto:

  • Manejar los eventos de no conformidad y seguridad ferroviaria y ser un facilitador en la solución de problemas durante la ejecución del proyecto para reducir costos de no calidad (8D, REX)
  • Asegurar que los actores relevantes sean incluidos en el proceso de solución de eventos reportados por el Cliente (si es necesario)
  • Implementar un sistema efectivo de acciones correctivas y preventivas
  • Proporcionar reportes sistematicos de desempeño de la función dentro del proyecto e identificar oportunidades de mejora

Indicadores de desempeño:

  • Numero de eventos de Seguridad o del Cliente remanentes a corregirse despues del tiempo acordado.
  • Análisis de costos de no calidad y rapidez para resolver no conformidades.
  • Documentación del sistema de calidad entregada y aprovada a tiempo.
  • Indicadores de desempeño de la Calidad en el proyecto.

Ubicación del trabajo / Movilidad

Ubicación principal taller Rosario, con visitas sistemáticas a talleres de Ticoman, Cd. Azteca y Valle de México, así como viajes esporadicos a proveedores ubicados en la Ciudad de México o Estado de México.

Perfil Requerido:

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico, Eléctrico o Electromecánico.
  • Ingles hablado y escrito.
  • Calificación en Seis Sigma (deseable)

Experiencia

  • Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis de problemas (Pareto, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PDCA, 8D).
  • Experiencia en actividades de Calidad de campo (auditorias, inspecciones) y en gestión de documentación.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 años como coordinador o responsable de Calidad, preferentemente en sistemas certificados en ISO 9001:2015.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de mantenimiento de maquinaria, preferentemente de la industria ferroviaria.
  • Experiencia en auditorías al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (de preferencia).
  • Auditor de calidad ISO 9001 (de preferencia).

Competencias y habilidades

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel.
  • Mapeo de Procesos y enfoque hacia el Cliente.
  • Control Estadístico de Proceso y princios de Manufactura Esbelta (Lean).
  • Capacidad de analísis y sintesis, así como enfoque a procesos, para identificar con oportunidad causas raiz y establecer acciones correctivas eficaces y eficientes.
  • Manejo de datos para la toma de decisiones objetivas basadas en hechos (hablar con datos).
  • Conocimiento en estandares y herramientas de Calidad (ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM).
  • Trabajo en equipo.
