Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Employ growth hacking techniques to optimize outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics. Create and distribute engaging content marketing materials tailored for the LinkedIn platform. Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategy adjustments and improve ROI. Manage cross-channel outreach efforts including email campaigns, SEO, and social media to support LinkedIn growth initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and best practices. Required Qualifications 2-3 years (Intermediate) to over 5 years (Senior) experience in LinkedIn marketing, growth marketing, or related fields. Proven experience working with founder-led marketing strategies and collaborating with SDR teams. Proficiency in English, ranging from intermediate to fluent. Educational background ranging from High School Diploma up to Master's Degree or higher. Strong skills in data analysis, content marketing, and managing social media platforms. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
