Qué harás cómo Financial Analysis Manager?

Reportarás al Director de Funciones Globales en el equipo de FP&A Corporativo. Colaborarás con diversos departamentos como Finanzas, TI, RRHH, Legal, E&A, Digital, Asuntos Globales, Instalaciones, y Innovación & Desarrollo para apoyar sus procesos financieros.

Las responsabilidades incluyen actividades de FP&A como cierre mensual, reportes, análisis, pronósticos, AOP y planificación estratégica.

Además, realizará modelado financiero para nuevas inversiones. Este rol implica gestionar tres reportes directos. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en proyectos en equipo, capaz de influir en otros, iniciar cambios organizacionales, implementar mejoras de procesos, establecer prioridades y simplificar la información financiera para la toma de decisiones.

Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Garantizar la integridad del cierre mensual de proyectos, gestionar acumulaciones de gastos, confirmar el tratamiento contable adecuado entre capital y gastos, procesar cualquier reclasificación y colaborar estrechamente con los centros de servicios compartidos y adquisiciones para mantener datos financieros precisos.
  • Mantener controles internos, entorno conforme a GAAP : atender todas las solicitudes de auditoría de manera oportuna y adecuada, realizar conciliaciones para probar el cumplimiento, plantear elementos de diligencia debida, según sea necesario.
  • Apoyar los procesos de pronóstico mensual, AOP y STRAP para las otras Funciones Globales. Coordinar y completar actualizaciones en los sistemas financieros (OneStream, SAP).
  • Analizar las variaciones vs. pronóstico, presupuesto y año anterior. Resaltar tendencias e identificar acciones correctivas y / o oportunidades de contención de costos.

Ayudar a impulsar la responsabilidad de los gerentes de centro de costos mediante una interacción frecuente y revisión del gasto hasta la fecha, así como del pronóstico.

  • Brindar apoyo financiero y de decisiones a las Funciones Globales y mantener relaciones excelentes con los miembros del equipo directivo para mejorar continuamente el nivel de apoyo y servicio.
  • Asistir en la preparación de todos los paquetes de revisión del Comité de Inversiones (IC) para proyectos que requieren aprobación a nivel de IC : establecer datos financieros PAR, validar el caso comercial y preparar resúmenes ejecutivos.
  • Gestionar las actividades de los informes directos mediante la delegación de tareas, establecimiento de plazos y prioridades, y garantizar el logro exitoso de todos los objetivos.
  • Asegurar el desarrollo continuo de los informes directos mediante la provisión de capacitación y coaching, escuchando retroalimentación, resolviendo problemas y motivando a los empleados para crecer dentro y más allá de sus roles actuales.

Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Profundo entendimiento del desempeño de productos y márgenes de beneficio en un negocio de manufactura.
  • Sólido conocimiento de conceptos de negocios, principios contables y habilidades analíticas sólidas.
  • Usuario experimentado de SAP, BIA / B4P / HANA y OneStream (o similares, por ejemplo, Hyperion).
  • Fuertes habilidades de modelado utilizando Excel, VBA o Power Query.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos como Tableau o Power BI es una ventaja.
  • Inglés Avanzado a nivel conversacional y escrito. (Reporta a USA)
