At Tecla, we connect top Latin American talent with fast-growing US companies. We're looking for a Core Recruiter to join our team and own recruiting processes end to end, with a strong focus on speed, clarity, and candidate readiness.
This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience who enjoys managing multiple searches, working closely with internal teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
As a Core Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing recruiting searches from start to finish and ensuring candidates are fully prepared before reaching clients.
Keeping candidate and pipeline information updated in our ATS
Video Editors
Virtual Assistants
Content and marketing roles
Fluent English (written and spoken)
~ Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Full-time, fully remote role
