You will act as the client's main point of contact — guiding them through onboarding, evaluating client performance, identifying opportunities to improve results, and guiding overall strategy in partnership with our fulfillment teams. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires proactive communication and quick responsiveness to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting monthly strategy reviews and presenting that information to your list of clients, coordinating with the fulfillment teams on requests or concerns, taking part in team meetings/trainings, and more. Success is measured by your client retention rate and number of clients "in green" based on our internal scoring system. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: An account management professional with at least 3 years of experience in an agency setting who has a working knowledge of SEO, PPC, and website development A go-getter who is ready to meet client challenges head-on, come up with creative solutions, and deliver results An excellent written and verbal communicator Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by delivering top-tier service Bonus: Someone with legal industry experience This role requires working US business hours.
