Formación académica:Ing. Químico, biotecnólogo, industrial, mecánico o afín.

Nivel de Ingles:intermedio - avanzado

Experiencia deseada: 3 a 5 años en ejecución de proyectos de sustentabilidad enfocados principalmente a optimizaciónde generación de agua y manejo de plantas de tratamiento de agua.

Manejo y administración de proyectos, contratistas y stakeholders de al menos 2 proyectos.

Conocimiento técnico:

  • Manejo de stakeholders y comunicación asertiva.
  • Interpretación de DTIs
  • Conocimiento de funcionamientos de equipos de plantas de tratamientos, utilities y water recycling

Objetivo del puesto:

Planificación y ejecución de proyectos de acuerdo a los criterios de éxito establecidos bajo las políticas y proyectos definidos por la compañía, cumpliendo la entrega dentro de timeline, budget, criterios de seguridad y calidad establecidos.
Coordinación de proyectos relacionados con proyectos de sustentabilidad como wwtp, reciclaje & de agua. Manejo de principales stakeholders de la compañia y proveedores a nivel global.

  • Suministrar y gestionar la recolección de requerimientos de usuario (RFQ) que permita diseñar equipos/sistemas con las mejores prácticas e innovación disponible para mejora de la sustentabilidad.
  • Preparar bases de licitaciones para los proyectos (URS, RFP, RFQ u otrodocumento necesario y/o insdispensable para una correcta licitación) así como participar en la evaluación de las propuestas principalmente en la parte técnica para toma de decisión de la mejor propuesta.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de nuevos proyectos identificando los riesgos asociados a los equipos y laoperación. Revisión de avances de obra conforme a planos, memoria descriptiva, y reglamentos,documentación en bitácora de obra, aprobación de pagos, etc.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las GMP's para el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad. Asegurarcorrecta ejecución de FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ y corridas de validación, dando seguimiento a fechas deentrega de informes así como comunicación de desviaciones a los procesos y mitigación de las mismas
