Creative Marketing and Paid Ads Manager Remote Full Time Job Role.

CAD $36,000 to $48,000 base annually (flexible)
• Performance bonuses with six-figure earning potential
• You will work directly with Mike Sherrard, a globally recognized real estate coach and educator with a YouTube channel of over 100,000 subscribers.
You will receive direct mentorship and coaching while helping scale a real platform, not a theoretical brand.
This is not a corporate marketing role.

Paid ads across YouTube and Meta
• Monthly ad budgets from $20k to $50k+
• Organic growth strategy across YouTube and video platforms
• YouTube channel growth including ideation, titles, thumbnails, and packaging
• Marketing systems, automations, and tech coordination
• Creative direction for editors, designers, and contractors

You understand organic growth and video strategy and know how to grow a YouTube channel beyond posting content randomly.
You are comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and want responsibility, ownership, and upside.

• This role has a clear path into senior leadership. As systems scale, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team and increase both responsibility and compensation into a director level position and manage your own team.
