For more information on what we do, who we are, and career opportunities, visit Requirements Must have: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Senior Data Engineer. Strong hands-on experience with ETL development (mandatory). Proven expertise in Apache Spark and large-scale data processing.

Solid experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, and AWS services. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.

Experience

using DBT (Data Build Tool) for data modeling and transformations. Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Experience

with Databricks is a plus (optional). Familiarity with POS platforms such as Clover is a plus; alternative platforms may include: Square POS, Shopify POS, Toast, Lightspeed Retail, Heartland Retail, Revel Systems, TouchBistro, SpotOn, Restroworks, Aloha Cloud, Petpooja Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, and Apache Spark. Build and manage data transformations and models using DBT to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability. Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and Spark jobs for large-scale data processing.

Provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and data warehouses using Terraform, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability. Apply best practices in data engineering, cloud architecture, and big data processing.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to data engineering and cloud platforms. Participate in technical interviews and client-facing discussions as part of the selection and delivery process. Document activities and progress according to RFT and Job Description standards.
