We move fast, solve real problems, and expect our team to take ownership. The RoleThis is a hybrid Sales + Customer Support role. You'll be on the front line—helping users, answering questions, solving problems, and converting interest into action. This role is not scripted-only. You'll need to think independently, adapt quickly, and figure things out when situations aren't clearly defined. What You'll DoAnswer phone calls and make outbound calls when needed Respond to customers via email, chat, SMS, and phone Help users understand Wellnite services and next steps Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with leads Resolve issues patiently and professionally Clearly explain information verbally and in writing Learn the product deeply and troubleshoot independently Document issues and identify patterns without being asked Meet daily activity, quality, and responsiveness expectations What We're Looking For Fluent English (spoken and written) Comfortable calling and answering phone calls Able to write clear, professional emails Creative problem-solver — you don't freeze without a script Patient and empathetic, even with difficult situations Self-starter — figures things out independently Hardworking, reliable, and consistent Able to work US time zones Strong, stable internet connection (required) What This Role Is NOT Not passive Not "email-only" support Not flexible hours Not for people who need constant supervision Requirements Quiet work enviornment Laptop or desktop computer (no tablets) Strong internet (backup preferred) Ability to handle multiple conversations at once Why Join WellniteFully remote Long-term opportunity Performance-based growth Mission-driven, fast-moving team
