Product Owner Key Responsibilities Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and technical Salesforce teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development lifecycle Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance and user experience Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and maximize platform capabilities Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment Proven experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation Comfortable working with developers and architects, though extensive coding knowledge is not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and leverage insights for decision-making Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
