  • Coordinate and/or provide technical supervision to all contractors for executing Building related projects
  • Coordinate all HSE on site special permits (height work, welding, etc) following all standards and local regulations.
  • Coordinate contractors logistics and access to the plant.
  • Receive and prepare all Purchase requests necessary for these Building related Projects
  • Coordinate Budget utilization and perform PO receipts of services/equipment
  • Improve all current Equipment and Building Facilities (HVAC, Indoor Cranes, Ourside cranes, etc
  • Receive and analyze technically all quotes to any of these projects in conjunction with all stake holders (Purchasing, CAPEX team, Finance, MPM; etc)
  • Daily follow on performace of all project execution and timeline follow up
