Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Mexico City, Mexico, with the opportunity for some remote work. As a Junior Manager for Undergraduate Sales, you will manage recruitment processes for undergraduate students, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, parents, and prospective students. Additional responsibilities include participating in fairs and events, conducting enrollment follow-ups, analyzing market data, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance enrollment processes and student outreach. Qualifications Sales and marketing abilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building Strong communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and planning Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, including remote and in-office settings Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Knowledge or experience in higher education recruitment is an advantage A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
