OMG, invites you to join our team as ⭐ HR Business Partner (Hub US) ⭐, who will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the U.This role ensures alignment between business objectives and HR practices, driving initiatives that strengthen talent acquisition, development, performance management, organizational culture, and cross-border collaboration.
🚀Talent Acquisition: Ensure efficient recruitment processes for Hub US positions. Talent Management: Plan and implement HR processes, training and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.
# Strategic HR Process Control: Monitor, improve, and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
# Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
🚀Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.
Data-driven decision-making using HR metrics and KPIs.
Solid knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate needs.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Bilingual – Advanced English (B2-C1) and Spanish (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience. HR practices and cross-border collaboration highly desirable.
