Objective: Support the logistics team by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing quality processes across carriers, ports, and the VPC (Vehicle Preparation Center) to ensure seamless operations. Manage the end-to-end claims process with agents and service providers, ensuring timely resolution and full compliance with Mercedes-Benz quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing claims, enhancing supplier performance, and securing an efficient, end-to-end supply chain flow. Day to day (main tasks): Quality & Reporting - Maintain, update, and analyze logistics and quality reports — including claims dashboards and KPI tracking — to ensure accurate and timely visibility for management. Monitor carriers' compliance with Mercedes-Benz Mexico quality standards, escalating deviations and supporting corrective and preventive actions as needed. Claims Management - Follow up with service providers to ensure end-to-end claims are closed effectively on time, and within agreed SLAs. Review and document procedures for the release of vehicles with minor or major damages, ensuring full alignment with internal quality protocols. Prepare regular reports summarizing claim status, resolution times, and root cause analysis, while tracking corrective actions with stakeholders. Data Analysis & Process Optimization - Analyze logistics and quality data to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and potential risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within logistics, focusing on quality management, claims reduction, and supplier performance enhancement. Stakeholder Collaboration - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, carriers, quality, and distribution teams) to ensure high service standards and efficient communication flow. Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and agents on claims and quality-related matters, ensuring professional and solution-oriented interactions Profile: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or similar. Previous experience: 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (distribution & logistics, quality, and insurance). Languages: Advanced English Location: Tlaxcala (VPC) Local contract applies.
