• Ausarbeitung und Dokumentation von Einsparprojekten, um die Herstellungskosten zu senken und dieEffizienzder Produktion zu verbessern
• AnalysevonFertigungsabläufen,umSchwachstellenundVerbesserungspotenzialeaufzudecken
• Ausarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Herstellkosten und Qualitätsverbesserungen, um dieProduktqualitätzuerhöhenunddie Wirtschaftlichkeitder Produktionzusteigern
• Betreuung des betrieblichen Vorschlagwesens, um Ideen und Vorschläge der Mitarbeiter/innen zurVerbesserungderProduktionzusammeln undumzusetzen
• UnterstützungbeiBudget-undABC-KostenErstellung
• Auswertung der Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) zur Überwachung und Verbesserung derProduktivitätund Effektivität der Produktionsanlagen
• Begleiten und Leiten von Projekten in den Produktionsbereichen, um neue Prozesse und Technologieneinzuführenoder bestehendeProzesse zuoptimieren.

The Area of responsibility includes:

• Creation and maintenance of production capacity models for planning and optimization of production processes
• Creation and maintenance of direct labor calculation models for effective production workforce planning
• Developing the required technology and capacity for new projects to ensure a smooth introduction of new products
• Developing and documenting cost-saving projects to reduce manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency
• Analysis of production processes to identify weak points and potential for improvement
• Developing measures to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality in order to increase product quality and production efficiency
• Supervision of the company suggestion scheme to collect and implement ideas and suggestions from employees to improve production
• Support with budget and ABC cost preparation
• Evaluating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to monitor and improve the productivity and effectiveness of production facilities
• Accompanying and leading projects in the production areas to introduce new processes and technologies or to optimize existing processes.
