Meet internal and external customer requirements for injection parts working according to production program and maintain safety stock. Accomplish plant KPI for safety, quality, delivery, cost and people. Responsabilities Responsible for Molding areas KPI´s Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements Coordination with support areas to meet productive areas necessities Management of production superintendents and supervisor for both production areas External customer communication (results, action tracking, etc.) Support program documentation updates including Program Parts Matrix, Gate Workbook, and other updates People management- superintendents Perform other duties as assigned by manager Requierements 7 - 10 Years of Experience in maintenance and injection molding processes. 7 -10 years of Experience within the automotive industry. Project Management, APQP processes, Problem solving technique, teamwork, Leadership, Six sigma skills, Manufacturing systems, continuous improvement.
