We’re looking for a hands-on RevOps & Go-To-Market consultant to help us design and build a predictable revenue engine — aligning outbound, inbound, sales execution, and data so revenue can scale without constant founder involvement. What You’ll Work On You’ll have ownership over shaping how revenue flows end-to-end. Clarify our ICP and GTM motion (which venues convert best and why) Build a targeted outbound engine (Clay-based) for venues and bridal shops Improve inbound performance (lead routing, calendars, follow-up in GHL) Establish a clean RevOps foundation (pipeline, forecasting, core metrics) Enable the sales team with clear call reasons, messaging, and workflows What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days) Clear outbound segmentation and ICP tiers Clay workspaces producing clean, call-ready lists Personalized outreach logic reps can use immediately A simplified RevOps structure that supports predictable demos and closes Who You’ll Enjoy This Role If You… Like building revenue systems from the ground up Enjoy working closely with founders and sales leadership Are comfortable owning both strategy and execution Have experience with RevOps, GTM, outbound, and sales enablement Know Clay well (or similar tooling) and can translate data into real conversations Engagement Details Contract role (not full-time)60–90 day engagement Outcome-focused scope 👉 Interested?
