Job Summary: We're looking for a sharp, driven analyst to support our global derivatives business. You'll work closely with trading, operations, risk, and technology teams to help manage day-to-day derivative workflows, support new product and market initiatives, and assist in project execution across the organization. Someone who's curious, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities, and eager to grow into a broader derivatives or operations role as the business scales. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Support daily derivatives operations, including trade lifecycle oversight, P&L checks, and exposure monitoring. Assist with onboarding new markets, products, and clearing or brokerage relationships. Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from planning through execution (technology builds, process improvements, integrations, etc.). Provide analytical support to traders and senior stakeholders. Help maintain documentation, controls, and reporting related to derivative activity. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree. Finance or Business degree highly preferred. Proven C1 or higher English level. 2-4 years of experience in derivatives, operations, or a related analytical role. Strong project-management skills; ability to own and coordinate workstreams. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. Working or intermediate knowledge of Python and Excel for automation, risk and analysis.
