About the Role
A Recruiting Team Lead at K2 is a trusted source of top-tier candidates and a true expert in the markets they serve. You’ll stay ahead of technological, demographic, and socio-economic trends that impact talent acquisition, working across multiple markets and collaborating with colleagues globally.
While expanding your team’s resourcing capacity, you’ll also be responsible for their professional growth and development, ensuring our recruitment function continues to deliver at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: Drive excellence across sourcing, process management, and post-placement engagement while setting the example for your team.
Manage and develop the local recruitment team: Oversee the full management cycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and offboarding — as well as pipeline tracking and regular reporting to leadership.
Train and onboard new joiners: Collaborate with the Learning & Performance team and global offices to ensure consistent training for new recruiters and participants in our academy programs.
Coach and develop recruiters: Support junior and career recruiters to become subject-matter experts (SMEs) and grow into leadership roles.
Support sales alignment: Work closely with Practice and Sales Directors to define resourcing strategies, align with office sales priorities, and proactively grow tech talent pools and benches.
Ensure coverage of hot roles: Coordinate closely with sales teams and other regions to ensure priority roles are filled efficiently and collaboratively.
Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and strengthen delivery capabilities.
Requirements & Skills
~5+ years of experience in recruitment or technical recruitment.
~ Proven experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
~ Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top technical talent.
~ Strong ability to develop innovative sourcing and delivery strategies to enhance K2’s recruitment model.
~ Experience closing candidates with competing offers from major enterprises.
~ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar market-relevant technology is a plus.
~ Solution-oriented mindset with strong integrity and commitment to continuous leadership growth.
