The Legal Project Manager will provide advanced operational and coordination support for legal and governance activities, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives and team objectives. Legal Project Manager will also run project on their own. This role goes beyond traditional administrative functions, focusing on project management, vendor coordination, and knowledge governance to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Project & Deliverable Management: Take ownership of bespoke projects, track timelines, milestones, and progress for leadership briefings, major meetings, and all-hands calls; Monitor FY goals, priorities, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Presentation Management: Own and maintain the master presentation deck, ensuring timely contributions, formatting consistency, and quality control.
Document & Knowledge Management: Organize team files and create a centralized repository for templates, policies, and best practices.
Prepare dashboards and summary reports on project status, KPIs, and budget performance.
5–7 years of professional experience in legal operations, project management, or related roles.
~ Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department strongly preferred.
~ Proven track record in managing complex projects, timelines, and deliverables.
~ Law Degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution preferred or other legal knowledge.
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
Additional certifications in legal operations or compliance will be an advantage.
