The Role We're looking for a Creative Director to bring our creative vision to life across all brand and marketing touchpoints. As a multidisciplinary creative leader, you will own the visual expression of the Hummus Republic brand, overseeing creative strategy, design execution, and art direction across campaigns, channels, and markets. This role balances strong creative instincts with a clear understanding of business objectives and scalability. You'll help evolve and elevate the brand to a premium, modern lifestyle standard while ensuring the work is practical, consistent, and executable across a growing franchise system. Especially in the early stages, this role is hands-on and will include direct graphic design execution alongside leadership and direction. Core Responsibilities Lead creative strategy, concepting, and execution for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, in-store, packaging, paid media, OOH, and emerging channels Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative direction, compelling ideas, and actionable briefs Own and elevate the Hummus Republic visual identity across marketing, while influencing brand expression in restaurant environments and physical touchpoints Be hands-on in graphic design and execution as needed, particularly during early phases of brand evolution and campaign rollout Lead art direction for brand photography and content production, including concepts, shot lists, styling, composition, and on-set direction Oversee post-production and final delivery to ensure a high level of craft and consistency across all assets Use insights, performance data, and learnings to inform creative decisions and optimize impact over time Provide clear, thoughtful feedback that strengthens creative ideas and execution while maintaining high standards Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, Product, Store Development, and external creative partners to align work with broader brand and business priorities Present creative work to leadership and stakeholders, clearly articulating creative rationale and incorporating feedback while protecting brand integrity Build, maintain, and evolve brand systems, guidelines, and creative frameworks that support scalability across 50+ locations Qualifications 6–10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within consumer brands, food, lifestyle, or agency environments Strong foundation in graphic design with a refined eye for typography, color, layout, composition, and visual systems Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and platforms Deep understanding of art direction for photography and visual storytelling from concept through final delivery Ability to clearly articulate creative ideas, strategy, and rationale to both creative and non-creative audiences Strong balance of creative vision and business acumen, with comfort working within real-world constraints Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High standards and pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality creative work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; motion or video experience is a plus Preferred Experience Experience working with food, hospitality, or lifestyle-driven brands Experience supporting multi-location or franchise businesses Familiarity with paid media creative across Meta, Google, and OOH Passion for food, culture, design, and evolving modern brands
