Java Full Stack Developer - Lead Developer/Sr Developer

Seniority level: Senior, 5+ years

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Sr Developer, expertise in Angular, Node with TypeScript/JavaScript, API development, and SQL with a relationship database, strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns, experience in an Agile environment. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to design and develop scalable software systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • 6+ years of experience in programming, including C# and .NET development
5+ years experience in Node.js & React, strong knowledge of Express.js, SignalR, MySQL or Postgres, Docker, expertise in scalable system design and performance optimization.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, experience developing desktop and mobile applications, familiarity with common stacks, knowledge of multiple front-end and back-end languages and frameworks, familiarity with databases, web servers, and UI/UX design

  • The ideal candidate must have a solid level of English, at least three years of experience with Java, proficiency in web development technologies, RESTful APIs, and relational databases
  • Must have 10+ years of Java programming experience with expertise in multi-threading
  • Must have at least 5 years of IT experience of which 4 years of solid hands-on programming experience in Java, J2EE and Spring framework
  • Must have worked in Agile and waterfall environments and very comfortable in handling releases
  • Assist with release planning and review release components technically
  • Must have experience creating Enterprise Application Integrations by the means of data transformation
  • Must have strong SQL skills along with knowledge of any one ORM framework like hibernate or MyBatis
  • Must have experience using source code management tools such as Github and Bitbucket
  • Must have participated in the discovery/business requirements sessions
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Should have some experience of working directly with clients
  • Retail or e-commerce domain project experience of 24 months or more will be a plus
  • Experienced in leading a small team/mentoring junior team members
  • Experience in building system integration will be a plus.
  • The ideal candidate should have 1 year of hands-on QA experience, 3 years of Java/Spring development experience, knowledge of databases, and advanced proficiency in English
