Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Monterrey. end-to-end recruitment process You will partner directly with Hiring Managers, develop sourcing strategies, proactively identify talent, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure an effective recruitment experience from intake through offer acceptance. full-cycle recruitment process , from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and hiring. Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, establish expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, networking, social media, and direct hunting . Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment performance and metrics, including Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience. Demonstrated experience independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake through offer acceptance. Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Experience recruiting a combination of professional, specialized, technical, commercial, and leadership positions. Experience successfully managing high-volume recruitment while simultaneously handling specialized or difficult-to-fill searches. Experience working with recruitment KPIs such as Time to Fill, vacancy coverage, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance. Experience working with regional or international stakeholders or recruiting across multiple markets. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+). Experience with recruitment automation, AI-assisted recruiting tools, assessments, or ATS optimization. Experience contributing to process improvement, employer branding, referral programs, or other Talent Acquisition initiatives. Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 a.m. Minor medical insurance and 50% coverage for major medical insurance.
