Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through itsfriendly,collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking aqualified Leadership & Management Development Manager. This position willbe located in Guadalajara, Mexico .

The Fall Creek Leadership & Management Development Manager designs, implements, communicates, manages, and evaluates a range of leadership and management development training curriculum and programs aligned with developing internal talent to meet Fall Creek’s current and future organizational needs.

What you'll do at Fall Creek:
  • Designs programs to create clear career paths for first level managers through the executive team, so that leadership and management potential is developed and aligned with Fall Creek’s organizational needs.
  • Plans and delivers leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure managers are equipped with (or growing) the skills and capabilities required to achieve a high-performance culture across Fall Creek.
  • Improves understanding of Fall Creek´s leader behaviors across the organization; supports executives and managers in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviors consistently.
  • Fosters a humble leadership, ensuring leadership and coaching principles and Fall Creek values are embedded in leadership and management development programs.
  • Researches and selects effective and efficient tools and processes for leadership development.
  • Builds a coaching capability in our management community by assessing current coaching practices, developing a professional development framework, and reinforcing a culture of psychological safety and trust.
  • Evaluates the impact of existing and new leadership and management development interventions, capably identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the current offerings.
  • Develops and maintains an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriate.
  • Builds strong internal and external stakeholder relationships with the ability to effectively influence and gain support at the executive level.
  • Designs (with or without support) and facilitates virtual and in-person business meetings and learning events.
    • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development (OD), Leadership Development (LD) or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education. Professional certification in HOGAN, Watson Glaser, and The Leadership Circle.
    • More than ten (10+) years of OD or LD experience, with a minimum of five of those years in a high-level management role.
    • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in an international company with demonstrated success working with highly diverse teams and cultures.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as stand-up, in-person presentation skills (in both English and Spanish).
    • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing leadership and management development programs.
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring.
    • Demonstrated excellence with facilitation skills/abilities/experience which encourages participation and appropriately challenges participants.
    • Solid understanding of core leadership and OD theories and best practices.
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage projects, prioritize activities and multi-task.
    • Strong communicator who has the confidence and ability to adjust and adapt to all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to create compelling PowerPoint and training materials.
    • Accurate and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while also drawing on resources across the wider department and organization and coordinating input from internal and external partners.
