Fluency in English is mandatory. We're looking for a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to join our growing team In this role, you'll support multiple project teams by driving schedule accuracy, financial tracking, and insightful reporting. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project schedules and financial forecasts Partner with Project Managers to monitor budgets, risks, and deliverables Prepare and analyze reports on cost, variance, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with corporate and public regulations Provide financial analysis and data-driven insights for project decision-making Support presentations on trends, metrics, and key findings to leadership What We're Looking For 3+ years of Project Coordination or Project Control experience Strong financial and data analysis skills Proficiency with Microsoft Project Server and MS Office tools Excellent communication and organization skills Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and SDLC (a plus) Experience in change management or financial/insurance industry (a plus) Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
