Data Analyst / Planning Operations About the Role We're looking for a Data Analyst to support Planning Operations and drive data-based decision-making across LATAM. The role involves analytics, S&OP support, and cross-functional collaboration to improve business performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards and KPIs reports using Looker or Power BI. Support S&OP and risk scenario planning for the LATAM region. Drive process improvement and cross-functional collaboration (IM, MP, Merch, Supply). Participate in regional/global projects to implement new tools and systems. About You Bachelor's in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's a plus). 3+ years of experience in analytics or planning (retail/fashion a plus). Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI from scratch, Looker). Experience with Looker is mandatory. 3+ years of experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets from various relational databases using SQL (Google BigQuery, MS SQL, dbt). Knowledge of Python or R preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Based in Mexico (Hybrid) Only resumes in English will be considered
