Full-time, On Site: El Salto, Jalisco.
Perform sample preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical, and mechanical parts.
Implement, maintain, and improve failure analysis and repair tooling used in lab and production floor.
Route issues for further analysis to CSG Team in China if required.
Develop training plans and execute internal training for Failure Analysis Technicians and Repair personnel.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.
~+Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry is must.
The right candidate will also be asked to go to China for training for the first few months.
