Financial Analyst & Accounting Manager (U.S. Tax & Compliance) Remote – Mexico Full-time | Permanent Compensation Range: Payroll: 40K–48K MXN/month Direct Contractor: 48K–59K MXN/month (Final offer based on experience, technical proficiency, and interview performance.) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Finance & Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and accounting structure in a dynamic environment. This role reports directly to senior leadership and is critical for maintaining financial stability as the company scales. Key Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements , management reporting, and investor updates. Oversee all core accounting activities: invoicing, AR, AP, vendor management, payment processing. Manage cash flow , credit, banking transactions, and high‐volume weekly financial cycles. Build and maintain budgets , forecasts, and cost‐accounting frameworks. Lead tax compliance (state, federal, payroll, corporate, franchise). Prepare, review, and execute contracts with vendors, clients, and landlords. Supervise procurement processes and vendor negotiations to drive cost efficiency. Manage the company's asset portfolio : vehicles, equipment, furnishings, and replacements. Strengthen internal financial processes and support organizational scaling. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's preferred). 5+ years of professional finance or accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: AR/AP, journal entries, depreciation, chart of accounts, cost accounting. Experience producing financial statements using enterprise or accounting software. Proven success managing cash flow in high‐transaction environments. Strong budgeting and forecasting skills. Advanced Excel proficiency. Strong English writing skills; bilingual preferred. Comfortable operating in evolving, not‐fully‐structured systems. Nice to Have Experience in agricultural accounting , farms, or export‐related operations. Background in start‐up or high‐growth environments . Familiarity with U.S.-based procurement processes and vendor management. Hands‐on leadership style: a "doer," not only strategic. Experience with well‐known accounting software already in use.
