Trade Management Analyst/Analista de Gestión de Operaciones de Inversión

WTW is hiring an Analyst to join the Canadian Trade Management team, supporting our Delegated Investment Solutions (OCIO) business. Based in the Mexico City office, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational functions of trade management, including cash trading, cash management, and coordinating responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across North America, as well as completing documentation in English.
This is a hybrid position aligned to Eastern Standard Time and Canadian banking holidays.
Support day-to-day trade management activities, including cash raise trading, cash management, and accurate trade capture.
Support senior team members with portfolio transitions and onboarding of new assets.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Portfolio Management and Onboarding to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Global Operations group and other internal stakeholders.
Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business needs and proactively seek clarification when required.
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and project-related tasks.
1–2 years of relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, or a similar role.
~ Working understanding and interest in financial products and investment operations processes.
~ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excel proficiency is essential.
~ Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across North Americ and complete documentation accurately.
~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
