We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Manager who can serve as the critical bridge between strategy and execution across complex client engagements. In this role, you will own multi-stakeholder projects end to end, working with clients at all stages—from early-stage startups navigating product-to-market transitions to established companies optimizing existing operations. You build clear roadmaps with dependencies and critical paths, anticipate risks before they materialize, and set and enforce deadlines with professional accountability. Your zoom range is exceptional: you shift seamlessly from ground-level details—design for manufacturability reviews, data validation, SOPs, systems configuration—to executive-level narratives about tradeoffs and business impact. As a people leader, you will mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance across projects while building the next generation of operational talent at Pelagic. Client Delivery & Project Leadership Lead complex, cross-functional client projects from diagnosis through implementation, serving as the single-threaded leader who drives outcomes Partner with clients ranging from early-stage startups to established companies, serving as primary operational point of contact throughout engagements Run effective project cadences including RAID logs, change control, and stakeholder alignment meetings Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality deliverables Build models and conduct data analysis to quantify impact; Create detailed project timelines and facilitate cross-functional alignment between client product, engineering, and business teams Mentor and develop team members, providing technical guidance and coaching across projects 4-8 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, consulting, or program management ~ Strong project/program management background coordinating multiple moving parts, owners, and timelines ~ Proven experience working with early-stage companies, startups, or new product launches ~ Exposure to both scales: at least one large enterprise experience (1,000+ employees) for stakeholder polish and process rigor, plus scale-up or turnaround experience for scrappy execution ~ avoid analysis paralysis Understand how operational changes cascade across people, process, data, and technology; Zoom range: Strong analytical abilities with experience in cost modeling and supply chain optimization Executive-ready communication: concise, structured, typo-free writing; can handle tough rooms and influence at founder/executive level Relationship builder who maintains professionalism while driving accountability Entrepreneurial problem solver who understands the unique challenges facing companies at various stages Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus; Consulting experience (problem structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis) Experience with operational technology systems, ERP implementations, or digital transformation initiatives Vendor selection/implementation experience (WMS/TMS/ERP or adjacent systems) Data fluency (SQL or BI basics) to validate and sanity-check analyses Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) Knowledge of product development software, supply chain management tools, and project management platforms Remote | Full-Time | Competitive Compensation + Performance-Based Growth Opportunities
