We can't wait to welcome you to the team Role Overview: As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will drive the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top tech talent. Leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, AI-powered tools, and industry networks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle across various open roles, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees - Assess and match candidates' skills, experience, and potential with job requirements to ensure the best fit - Conduct structured interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit - Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, timely feedback, and a seamless hiring process - Leverage Boolean, X-ray, AI-powered tools, and diverse recruiting sources to identify and attract top talent - Partner with hiring managers and involved departments to refine job requirements, enhance recruitment strategies, and drive talent acquisition success - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring seamless tracking of the recruitment process - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process, promoting fair and ethical recruitment practices - Continuously improve hiring efficiency by optimizing sourcing channels, reducing time-to-fill, and enhancing quality of hires Requirements: - 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in an international IT company - Mexico market insider with a strong local network, proven experience hiring Mexican IT candidates, deep understanding of the MX tech talent landscape, and an established network of tech professionals, communities, and referral channels across the country - Strong knowledge of IT technologies, development lifecycles, and industry trends, AI-powered recruitment tools - Proven ability to source candidates through platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific channels - Demonstrated success in closing positions, reducing time-to-fill, and improving candidate quality - Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders - Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to assess and match candidates to job requirements effectively - Upper-intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written) for effective communication with global teams and candidates We offer: - Work your way — anywhere, anytime.
